The Fairbury Country Club

Fairbury Country Club is proud to announce that Totally Smoked BBQ will be serving food at the restaurant.   

 

Totally Smoked BBQ is owned and operated by C.B. Snider and his wife Shannon.  Like many professional cooks, C.B. got his start cooking for his family.   About 8 years ago, he met a bunch of guys that got him into smoking.  After a couple of plane trips to Texas and learning from 30 of the best smokers around, he was hooked and started his own licensed and insured catering business.   

 

He is excited for this opportunity to provide food to the members, and for events at the Fairbury Country Club.
